Joint Statement from the Venezuelan Dialogue and Negotiation Process

In today’s session, the parties signed a Second Partial Agreement on the Social Protection of the Venezuelan People. The main objective of the agreement is to promote the well-being of all Venezuelans.

Additionally, the parties reiterated their commitment to adhere to the established guidelines of the process, exercising maximum precaution, and being prudent and considerate in their comments about the process.

The parties agreed to continue the process during the month of December to address the political matters as referred to in the Memorandum of Understanding.
