Announcement about Venezuela

During the negotiations, the parties have reiterated their willingness to advance in the search for an agreed-upon and constitutional solution, focused on the well-being of the Venezuelan people.
 
We underline the importance that the parties respect the established guidelines for the process, and that they are prudent in their actions and statements, with the objective that the negotiations can lead to results. We reiterate the call to all those who can contribute in this regard, that the parties are provided with the necessary space to advance in a constructive environment.
 
“It is positive that the parties continue in their search for solutions for the country and the well-being of the Venezuelan people. I reiterate my gratitude towards the Government of Barbados for their hospitality”, said the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide.

Informamos que los representantes de los principales actores políticos de Venezuela continúan las negociaciones iniciadas en Oslo en el marco de una mesa que trabaja de manera continua y expedita.
 
En el transcurso de las negociaciones, las partes han reiterado su voluntad de avanzar en la búsqueda de una solución acordada y constitucional, enfocada en el bienestar del pueblo venezolano.
 
Destacamos la importancia de que las partes respeten las pautas establecidas para el proceso, y que sean prudentes en sus acciones y declaraciones con el fin de permitir que las negociaciones puedan llegar a resultados.  También reiteramos el llamado, a todos aquellos quienes puedan contribuir en este sentido, a que se les dé a las partes el espacio necesario para poder avanzar en un ambiente constructivo.
 
- Es positivo que las partes siguen en la búsqueda de soluciones para el país y el bienestar del pueblo venezolano. Reitero mi agradecimiento al Gobierno de Barbados por su hospitalidad, expresa la Ministra de Asuntos Exteriores Ine Eriksen Søreide.
