The Section for Staff Rotation, Recruitment and Competence Development works to ensure that the Ministry has the right people with the right competence in the right place at the right time.
The Section facilitates competence and skills management in the Foreign Service and seeks to ensure that employees have adequate opportunities to develop their competence throughout their period of employment.
