Political advisors
The Prime Minister’s Office has appointed the following political advisors in the ministries: Mr. Alfred Bjørlo (26), instructor, Bergen - in the Ministry of Trade and Industry from 1 January, and Ms. Torunn Elise Kvisberg (31), registrar, Oslo - in the Ministry of Defence from 25 January. They succeed political advisors Grethe Stave – who resigned 31 December 1998, and Malin Stensønes – who resigned 4 January. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Roar Stangnes resigned 7 December 1998. A successor has not yet been appointed.
