(26.09.03) The annual Open Up seminar takes place in Prague, 30 th> and 31 st> September. Open Up is an initiative by the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, and this year’s seminar is arranged in cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Defence.

(26.09.03) The annual Open Up seminar takes place in Prague, 30 th> and 31 st> September. Open Up is an initiative by the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, and this year’s seminar is arranged in cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Defence.
15 countries will participate in the seminar that deals with the relation between defence and the media. In addition to extensive media training and exchange of experience, this year’s very prominent lecturers will deal with extremely relevant issues.
Christopher Willcox from Pentagon will present the American PR-strategy for Irak, Kate Adie, an experienced war correspondent for the BBC, will discuss her experiences from the battle ground, and Jamie Shea, Director of Information and Press in NATO, will present NATO principles and experiences.
