Foreign Minister Jan Petersen to lay wreath at memorial to fallen Soviet soldiers on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the liberation of eastern Finnmark

The Foreign Minister will lay a wreath at the memorial in Vestre Gravlund on Monday 25 October at 11.00. The 60 ^th> anniversary of the liberation of eastern Finnmark will also be celebrated in Kirkenes on 24 October. The event will be attended by representatives of both the Norwegian and the Russian authorities and veterans from both countries.
