In today’s session of the Council of State, the Prince Regent has appointed the following state secretaries:

* Ms. Rita Sletner (41), personnel manager, Hærland – Minstry of Justice
and the Police

* Mr. Olav Kjørven (37), director, Oslo – Ministry of Foreign Affairs (international
