The Office of the Prime Minister has appointed Ms. Anne-Cecilie Kaltenborn (36), senior advisor, Oslo, as acting political advisor to Mr. Ansgar Gabrielsen in the Ministry of Health and Care from 1 June 2005. She substitutes Ms. Kristin Holm, who has leave of absence from 29 July 2005 until 29 June 2006.

Anne-Cecilie Kaltenborn comes from the post as senior advisor in international affairs to the the City Chief Commissioner of Oslo. She is Cand. Philol from the University of Oslo, and has worked at Norway’s Consulate General in Shanghai and at the NRK/TV’s (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) culture and entertainment department.
