Acting political advisor
in Ministry of Industry
The Office of the Prime Minister has appointed Mr. Rolf Jarle Brøske (24), advisor, Trondheim, as acting political advisor to Mr. Børge Brende in the Ministry of Trade and Industry from 17 February until 18 May 2005. Mr. Brøske will be acting during the leave of absence of Mr. Bjørn Johnny Skaar, who will be acting state secretary in the same ministry from 21 February until 18 May.
Rolf Jarle Brøske, a native of Surnadal, comes from the post as advisor to the chief municipal executive in Trondheim. He has formerly been political advisor to the mayor of Trondheim and project coordinator of NHO Trøndelag, and has worked for the Conservative Party in the country of Møre and Romsdal. Mr. Brøske has studied political science and history at Molde University College and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
