Telenor initial public offering syndicate appointments

The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications and Telenor today announced the appointment of the syndicate for the planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Telenor AS.

Goldman Sachs International and DnB Markets have already been appointed Joint Global Co-Ordinators for the offering. The sale of shares in Norway will be lead managed by DnB Markets and Christiania Markets. The shares are intended to be sold to institutional investors internationally and to institutional and retail investors in Norway.
