Comment on U.S. Commitment to an Open Investment Environment

In a comment to the proposal for regulations of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the Ministry of Finance welcomes the U.S. commitment to an open investment environment. The Ministry also highlights the importance of reassuring foreign investors that there are clear lines of responsibilities between the Executive and the Legislative Branch, and that the framework for foreign investments in the U.S. is clear and predictable.
