Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre condemned Thursday’s suicide bomb attack in Beledweyne in central Somalia, where Somalia’s Security Minister Omar Hashi Aden was among the 20 casualties.
Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre condemned Thursday’s suicide bomb attack in Beledweyne in central Somalia, where Somalia’s Security Minister Omar Hashi Aden was among the 20 casualties.
“Norway condems this brutal act. It is a despicable attempt to undermine the peace process in Somalia,” said Mr Støre.
“I once again urge all Somalis who wish to see peace in their country to denounce violence and support the UN-led Djibouti Process ,” the Foreign Minister added.
