“I condemn the brutal killing of a family of six Israelis in the West Bank. This is a criminal act, and those responsible must be brought to justice as soon as possible,” said Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.
The killings took place in Itamar, an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, on the night of 11-12 March. The perpetrators have not been identified.
“The increasing violence between settlers and Palestinians underscores the importance of intensifying work to find a peaceful solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians,” said Mr Støre.
