Biological Weapons Convention and Global Health

The governments of Norway and Indonesia and the Biological Weapons Convention Implementation Support Unit organise an international workshop in Oslo 18 to 19 June, focusing on the role the BWC can play to support global public health efforts. The theme of the workshop is calling for greater awareness to the many links between foreign policy and global health issues, as disaster preparedness and prevention; control of infectious diseases; as well as the issues of conflict and health.
