The 2nd NAWSARH Industry day will be open to RFI respondents 23 June 0800 – 1300

The 2nd NAWSARH Industry day will be held the 23rd and the 24th June 2009 in NAWSARH project office in Stavanger, Flyplassveien 190, Stavanger Lufthavn, Norway. The industry day will mainly focus on Helicopter manufacturers, who have received a special invitation. The first day, the project will present general information, which may be of common interest.

All respondents to the RFI will, therefore, be able to participate the 23rd June from 0900 till 1300. Only Helicopter manufacturers will attend meetings later in the day of 23rd June and also the 24th.

11:45           Plan for the afternoon and the following day

12:00           End of Plenum sessions

The press, RFI respondents and representatives from the Ministry may be present at the Plenum sessions.

Please respond within 8th of June 2009 with names of the participants from your company. Please be advised that we will allow a maximum of 2  participants from each company during the plenum sessions. (For information, helicopter manufacturers are allowed a maximum delegation of 5 persons)
