The Final Tender Documentation for procurement of e-voting solution

The E-vote 2011-project is in a procurement process utilizing the competitive dialogue procedure. Friday 9 October, the dialogue phase was concluded and five tenderers were invited to deliver a final bid by 26 October at 10:00 a.m. The final tender documentation describes the requirements for the planned e-voting solution. Guidance about the connection between the documents, is in the Final Tender Document page 4.  

The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development expects to announce the awarding of the development contract during December 2009.
