Friday 9 October, the dialogue phase was concluded and five tenderers were invited to deliver a final bid by 26 October at 10:00 a.m. The final tender documentation describes the requirements for the planned e-voting solution.

The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development expects to announce the awarding of the development contract during December 2009.
