Yesterday, the Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy Ola Borten Moe met with his German counterpart dr. Philipp Rösler, Federal Minister of Economics and Technology.
Yesterday, the Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy Ola Borten Moe met with his German counterpart dr. Philipp Rösler, Federal Minister of Economics and Technology.
The two ministers discussed issues related to natural gas, CCS and trading balancing capacity. Norway and Germany will enhance cooperation in the time to come. It was decided to establish two working groups, which will be studying CO2 storage and trading balancing capacity.
During his visit dr. Rösler signed the protocol of condolences, following the 22 July attacks in Oslo. The two ministers also went to see the damages on the Ministry's buildings.
Today, Ola Borten Moe and Philipp Rösler visit the Sleipner field outside Stavanger.
