Mr. Terje Riis-Johansen (40) was today appointed Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy, representing the Centre Party in the coalition government headed by Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg.
Mr. Terje Riis-Johansen (40) was today appointed Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy, representing the Centre Party in the coalition government headed by Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg.
Mr. Riis-Johansen was until today Minister of Agriculture and Food. He was Political Advisor in the Ministry of Finance from 1997 to 1999, and was Member of Parliament from 1993 to 1999.
State Secretaries:
Ms. Liv Monica Stubholt (46) was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. She held the same position in the Ministry.
Mr. Geir Pollestad (29) was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. He was Political Adviser in the same Ministry.
Political Adviser:
Ms. Sigrid Hjørnegård (42) was appointed Political Adviser in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. She held the same position in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
