At the end of June 2009, Norway, with Denmark and Sweden, will have air services negotiations with Turkey.

The main purpose of these negotiations is to liberalize the Air Services Agreements between Turkey and the Scandinavian countries, respectively. It will also be important to bring the respective bilateral Air Services Agreements between the parties in conformity with EU/EEA law.
Air carriers with an Operating License in accordance with Council Regulation 1008/2008 (previously 2407/92), and which are established in Norway, will have the possibility of informing the Ministry of Transport and Communications of their opinion regarding these negotiations by contacting Senior Advisor Pierre Chauvin, tel.: + 47 22 24 82 77, e-mail: pierre.chauvin@sd.dep.no
The negotiations will take place in Ankara at the end of June 2009.
