“I am pleased that we now have a new challenger in the Norwegian mobile marked. This operator will contribute to stronger infrastructure competition in addition to other suppliers of 3G mobile network in Norway. A new operator who operates its own network will strengthen the competition, improve the services offered to the consumers, and may in addition improve the mobile coverage in Norway,” says Minister of Transport and Communications, Liv Signe Navarsete.
