On Thursday 13th December, 09:00 AM local time the bids will be opened. Only the bidder with the highest bid will be made public.
To increase the degree of infrastructure competition in Norway, the Ministry of Transport and Communications has decided to increase the population coverage requirements from 30 % to 40 % (see the draft licence for use of frequencies for third generation mobile communications system/3G).
