Africa is a key constituent in the context of the climate change negotiations – they are among the most vulnerable to the adverse impacts of climate change. It is therefore fundamental that their voice is clearly heard in the negotiations.

“Norway is pleased to be able to contribute to the further development of capacity in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in countries in the rest of the continent, and to assist the DRC in its role as coordinator of the African group”, says Minister Solheim.
