Norway’s Stoltenberg offers his condolences to Chile's president

Norway’s Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg has sent a letter of condolences to Chile's president Bachelet:

I was deeply saddened by the news of the devastating earthquake that struck Chile this morning. Many Norwegians have family and friends in Chile, and today’s disaster has tied the bonds between our two countries even more closely together. Our thoughts go to all those affected by this terrible tragedy.
