Political advisor Annelene Svingen in the Ministry of Trade and Industry will be acting state secretary in the same ministry from a date to be decided by the Office of the Prime Minister, in State Secretary Rikke Lind’s leave of absence and for a duration of no more than one year.

In Svingen’s period as acting state secretary Ms. Anne Margrete Blaker (57), environmental specialist, Stathelle, will be political advisor to Minister of Trade and Industry Dag Terje Andersen.

Anne Margrete Blaker comes from a post as environmental specialist with Borealis AS. She has formerly worked at Retroplast AS, Statoil Petrokjemi AS and Kvaerner Engineering AS. She is a chemical engineer from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
