In today’s session of the Council of State the King has appointed Ms. Kari Henriksen (52), manager, Kristiansand, as state secretary to Minister of Health and Care Services Sylvia Brustad, from 3 Desember. She succeeds Mr. Wegard Harsvik, who has been appointed as state secretary to Minister of Culture and Church Affairs Trond Giske from the same date.
In today’s session of the Council of State the King has appointed Ms. Kari Henriksen (52), manager, Kristiansand, as state secretary to Minister of Health and Care Services Sylvia Brustad from 3 December. She succeeds Mr. Wegard Harsvik, who has been appointed as state secretary to Minister of Culture and Church Affairs Trond Giske from the same date.
In today’s session of the Council of State also Ms. Randi Øverland has been honourably discharged from her office as state secretary to Minister of Culture and Church Affairs.
Kari Henriksen comes from the post as manager of a national competence centre for children with parents suffering from mental problems and drug addiction. She has formerly been head of teaching at Vest-Agder Klinikkene and head of the A Clinic in the County of Vest-Agder. Ms. Henriksen is a trained nurse, holds a Cand. Mag. degree from Agder University College 1994 (public information, sociology and health administration) and a Master’s degree in social health 2005 from the University of Göteborg, Sweden.
