The Office of the Prime Minister has from 22 June apponted Ms. Hildegunn Gjengedal (40), executive director, Brussels, as acting political advisor to Minister of Agriculture and Food Lars peder Brekk, during Ms. Ane H. Kismul’s leave of absence.

The Office of the Prime Minister has from 22 June apponted Ms. Hildegunn Gjengedal (40), executive director, Brussels, as acting political advisor to Minister of Agriculture and Food Lars peder Brekk, during Ms. Ane H. Kismul’s leave of absence.

Hildegunn Gjengedal comes from the post as executive director at the Brussels office of the Federation of Norwegian Agricultural Co-operatives.  She has previously been chief executive officer at the Norwegian Farmers’ Association and journalist at the association’s newspaper. Gjengedal hold the Cand.Polit. degree from the University of Oslo 1996, with political science, environmental studies and French language and literature as her subjects. She also holds a degree in journalism from the College of Volda 1997.
