The Office of the Prime Minister has from 30 June 2011 appointed Mr. Jon Reidar Øyan, information adviser, Oslo, as political adviser to Minister of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs Rigmor Aasrud.
The Office of the Prime Minister has from 30 June 2011 appointed Mr. Jon Reidar Øyan, information adviser, Oslo, as political adviser to Minister of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs Rigmor Aasrud. Øyan succeeds Mr. Trond Blattmann, who resigns as of 1 July.
Jon Reidar Øyan comes from a post as information adviser at the Labour Party’s group secretariat at the Storting. He was political adviser in the Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion in 2009, in the Ministry of Labour 2010-2011 and in the Ministry of Justice earlier this year.
The Government represents the Labour Party (Lab.), the Socialist Left Party (Soc.) and the Centre Party (Cent.). The list of political advisors is now as follows:
