In an extraordinary session of the Council of State today, the King has honourably discharged Minister of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion Audun Lysbakken from his office. Minister of Education Kristin Halvorsen has until further notice been charged also with the responsibility as Minister of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion.
