On Monday 10 December Norway’s Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg will host a working lunch for EU leaders attending the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony in Oslo. The economic situation in Europe will be on the agenda.
On Monday 10 December Norway’s Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg will host a working lunch for EU leaders attending the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony in Oslo. The economic situation in Europe will be on the agenda.
About 20 EU leaders are expected to be present. They are mainly heads of state and government, in addition to the President of the European Council, the President of the European Commission and the President of the European Parliament.
The lunch will take place at Gamle Logen, Grev Wedels plass 2.
Only photographers and reporters in a very limited press pool will work at the event.

Photo pool: ANB, NTB Scanpix, AFP, EU TV/photo, official photographers (1 from each country)
TV pool: Norwegian broadcasting corporation, TV2 and Reuters.
There will be a photo opportunity when Prime Minister Stoltenberg receives the EU leaders at the entrance, followed by a family photo and a photo opportunity at the beginning of the working lunch. The press pool will also work when the EU leaders leave the venue.

Prime Minister Stoltenberg meets with Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel for bilateral talks, at Oslo City Hall.
Prime Minister Stoltenberg meets with Italy’s Prime Minister Mario Monti for bilateral talks.
Prime Minister Stoltenberg meets with Ireland’s Prime Minister Enda Kenny for bilateral talks.
Prime Minister Stoltenberg meets with the President of the European Council, Herman Von Rompuy.
Bilateral meetings Tuesday 11 December:
Prime Minister Stoltenberg hosts a breakfast meeting with the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, and the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, at the Prime Minister’s Residence at Inkognitogata 18. Pool photo opportunity at the beginning of the meeting (Scanpix, ANB, NRK and TV2).
