Change of political adviser in AD

The Office of the Prime Minister has appointed Mr. André Nerheim (36), special adviser, Blaker, as political adviser to Minister of Labour Anniken Huitfeldt from 13 May 2013. He will succeed Mr. Martin Henriksen, who wil resign from the post on the same date.

André Nerheim comes from a post as special adviser to the leadership of the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). He has previously been speech writer at the Ministry of Labour, adviser and section leader at the LO and political adviser to the Labour Party group in Bergen City Council. He holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Newcastle, UK.
