The Norwegian Ministry of Equality, Children and Social Inclusion has participated in parts of UN’s 65. General Assembly in N.Y, at the meetings in the Third Committee. Read the presentations here.
The Norwegian Ministry of Equality, Children and Social Inclusion has participated in parts of UN’s 65. General Assembly in N.Y, at the meetings in the Third Committee. The Third Committee handles issues, such as human rights, the advancement of women, children’s rights racism and discrimination and issues on social development such as youth, family, age and persons with disabilities.
Ambassador Tine Mørch Smith presented Norway’s statement on the rights of the child on 15 October 2010.
