Today, Friday 11 May, at. 12:15, the Minister of Health and Care Services, Mrs. Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen, is going to inform the press about the proposed amendments to the Norwegian Mental Health Care Act. The purpose of the bill is to improve the security measures relating to a small group of particularly dangerous patients.
