The Ministry of Transport invites tenderers to an open tender procedure for temporary operation of scheduled air services on the routes Stord–Oslo and Ørland–Oslo.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 9 March 2021 at 12.00 (noon). The Ministry of Transport aims to award the contracts by mid-March.
The new agreements will enter into force on 1 April 2021 and last until 30 April 2021, with a possible extension up to two months.
The competition is open to all airlines in the EU and the EEA
The scheduled air service tender is carried out through an open tender procedure, in which all airlines in the EU/EEA area can participate.
The frequency requirement is two round trips six days per week. The airlines are free to deliver more flights than required by the agreement, without further compensation. No exclusive rights will be granted in this tender.
