Changes among the state secretaries

Ms. Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde has been honourably discharged from her office as state secretary to Minister of Petroleum and Energy Kjell-Børge Freiberg, and has been appointed Minister of Public Security.

Ms. Cecilie Brein-Karlsen has been honourably discharged from her office as state secretary to Minister of Finance Siv Jensen.

Mr. Svein Flåtten and Mr. Helge Fossum have been honourably discharged from their office as state secretaries to Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

Mr. Knut Morten Johansen has been honourably discharged from his office as state secretary to Minister of Justice and Immigration Tor Mikkel Wara.

Mr. Morten Bakke has been honourably discharged from his office as state secretary to Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Anniken Hauglie, as of 25 January 2019.

Ms. Kristin Holm Jensen has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of Education and Integration Jan Tore Sanner, as of 8 February 2019.

Mr. Brage Baklien has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of Transport and Communications Jon Georg Dale, and appointed again as state secretary to Minister of Finance Siv Jensen.

Mr. Paul Chaffey has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of Local Government and Modernisation Monica Mæland, and appointed again as state secretary to Minister of Digitalisation Nikolai Astrup.

Mr. Jens Frølich Holte has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of International Development Nikolai Astrup, and appointed again as state secretary to Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide.

Mr. Rikard Gaarder Knutsen has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of Agriculture and Food Bård André Hoksrud, and appointed again as state secretary to Minister of Petroleum and Energy Kjell-Børge Freiberg.

Mr. Tom Erlend Skaug has been honourably discharged as state secretary in 50 percent position to Minister of Children and Equality Linda Hofstad Helleland and 50 percent position to Minister of Education and Integration Jan Tore Sanner. Mr. Skaug is appointed again as state secretary in full position to Minister of Education and Integration Jan Tore Sanner.

Ms. Toril Charlotte Ulleberg Reynolds has been honourably discharged as state secretary to Minister of Petroleum and Energy Kjell-Børge Freiberg, and appointed again as state secretary to Minister of Public Security Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde.

Mr. Allan Ellingsen is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Transport and Communications Jon Georg Dale.

Mr. Espen Espeset is appointed as state secretary to Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

Mr. Julian Thomas Farner-Calvert is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Children and Families Kjell Ingolf Ropstad.

Ms. Jorunn Hallaråker is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Children and Families Kjell Ingolf Ropstad.

Ms. Julie Kristine Kordal is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Agriculture and Food Olaug Vervik Bollestad.

Mr. Widar Skogan is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Agriculture and Food Olaug Vervik Bollestad.

Mr. Hans Olav Syversen is appointed as state secretary to Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

Mr. Oluf Ulseth is appointed as state secretary to Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

Mr. Sverre Vatnar is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Finance Siv Jensen.

Mr. Thorleif Fluer Vikre is appointed as state secretary to Minister of Local Government and Modernisation Monica Mæland, as of 1 February 2019.
