Several events are being held to mark the third anniversary of the attacks on the government offices and Utøya on 22 July 2011. There will be memorial events in Oslo and on Utøya, as well as a service in Oslo Cathedral.

10:00: Memorial event in the government office complex
Prime Minister Erna Solberg will take part in the memorial event in the government office complex. She will give a speech and lay a wreath. Eskil Pedersen, leader of the Labour Youth League, will also speak. The event is open to the public and is also available on Web-TV (Norwegian only).
12:00: Service in Oslo Cathedral
Prime Minister Erna Solberg will attend a service of hope in Oslo Cathedral.
16:00: Memorial event on Utøya
Prime Minister Erna Solberg will be present at a memorial event on the island of Utøya, where she will lay a wreath on behalf of the Government.
