• Ambassador of Singapore, H.E. Mr Wah Yeow Tan (resident in Singapore)
• Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, H.E. Mr Deriba Kuma Heiy (resident in Stockholm)
• Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea, H.E. Mr Mamadou Siradiou Diallo (resident in Berlin)
