Mona Melanie Lindseth is originally from Vikersund. She comes from a position as communications adviser in the Liberal Party’s central organisation and parliamentary group. Before joining the Liberal Party in autumn 2017 she worked as sub editor at the  Norwegian business daily, Dagens Næringsliv. Lindseth is a trained photographer and has studied media studies and political communication.

Lindseth’s previous positions include that of Chief of Media and Communications for the Ski Flying World Cup and RAW Air in Vikersund. She has been an organ player for the Church of Norway and a freelance musician, worked for the Films from the South festival and Arabic Film Days, and contributed to the evaluation of Oslo’s new film festival OsloPix. She has also worked as Assistant Attaché in communication and culture at the Norwegian Consulate General in New York.
