On 1 January 1993, the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour (of 1990) had its name changed to the Ministry of Government Administration. Labour affairs were transferred to the Ministry of Local Government. This now had its name changed to the Ministry of Local Government and Labour, listed here as the Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993).
On 1 January 1997, the Ministry of Government Administration had its name changed to the Ministry of Planning and Coordination. Long-term planning affairs were transferred to this Ministry.
