On 1 January 2010, the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform had its name changed to the Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs. Church affairs were transferred from the Ministry of Culture and Church Affairs. This now had its name changed to the Ministry of Culture, listed here as the Ministry of Culture (of 2010).
On 16 October 2013, responsibility for broadband affairs in the Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs was transferred to the minister responsible for the Ministry of Transport and Communications, responsibility for church affairs to the minister responsible for the Ministry of Culture (of 2010) and responsibility for competition affairs to the minister responsible for the Ministry of Trade and Industry. On 1 January 2014, these affairs were transferred to the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Culture (of 2010) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry respectively. The Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs was now abolished. The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development had its name changed to the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation. The Ministry of Trade and Industry had its name changed to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries.
