On 1 January 2002, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs had its name changed to the Ministry of Social Affairs, listed here as the Ministry of Social Affairs (of 2002). Health affairs were transferred to the new Ministry of Health.
On 1 October 2004, the Ministry of Social Afffairs (of 2002) had its name changed to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, listed here as the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (of 2004). Labour affairs were transferred from the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour (of 1998), which now had its name changed to the Ministry of Modernisation.
