Tolerances are specified.
For mineral fertilisers and liming materials, there are product type designations with specified quality criteria.
For liming materials the product type designations are defined by:
- Origin
- Minimum neutralising value
- Content of magnesium.
- Particle size distribution.
For mineral fertilisers, the product type designations are defined by:
- Production method and main constituents
- Minimum nutrient content.
For mineral fertilisers, secondary- and micronutrients may not be labelled unless the content exceeds specified minimum values.
