Change of state secretary in
Ministry of Children and Family Affairs
In today’s session of the Council of State, the King has appointed Mr. Hans Olav Syversen (36), city councillor, Oslo, as state secretary in the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs from 6 October 2003. At the same time Mr. Odd Anders With has been honourably discharged from the office as state secretary in the said ministry from 9 October.
Hans Olav Syversen is Bachelor of Laws at the University of Oslo since 2002. He was political advisor at the Ministry of Justice 1997-1999, and has been a permanent member of Oslo City Council since 1995.
The list of state secretaries from 9 October 2003 looks as below. The Government represents the Conservative Party (C), the Christian Democratic Party (Chr.) and the Liberal Party (Lib.)
