The Conflict, Security and Development Research Programme includes three main elements: 1) Aid and Aid Policies During Conflict; 2) Disarming, Demobilising and Reintegrating Armed Groups after Conflict; and 3) Women, Peace and Security. Expert meetings, workshops and seminars will be organised on these topics. Each module focuses on a number of case studies, identified as especially informative for the study or as neglected by the academic community. One of the core objectives of the programme is to disseminate research findings to a broad cross-section of security and development actors. Publications will consequently be available online, and research findings will also be published in working papers, policy briefs and edited volumes, tailored to a combination of policy-makers and analysts.
