Norge har fremmet flere forslag i forhandlingsgruppen sammen med andre medlemmer.
Norge har fremmet flere forslag i forhandlingsgruppen sammen med andre medlemmer. Først hadde man en prosess med fremleggelse av arbeidsdokumenter i begynnelsen av forhandlingene:
- Working Document TN/TF/W/36 og Working Document TN/TF/W/67 submitted by New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland, on Clarifications and Improvements in GATT Article VIII - Fees and Formalities connected with Importation and Exportation,
- Working Document TN/TF/W/85 submitted by Chile, Korea, Norway and Switzerland, on the use of International Standards;
- Working Document TN/TF/W/48 submitted by Norway on Border Agency Cooperation - Customs Border Cooperation between Norway, Sweden and Finland).
Deretter har medlemmer fremlagt forslag til avtaletekst, der Norge har vært medforslagstiller på seks forslag:

- SIMPLIFICATION AND HARMONIZATION OF TRADE DOCUMENTS: TN/TF/W/130/Rev.1 submitted by Mongolia, Norway, and Switzerland
- THE USE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS: TN/TF/W/131/Rev.1 submitted by Mongolia, Norway, South Africa, and Switzerland
- PROPOSAL ON PUBLICATION AND AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION: TN/TF/W/155/Rev.2 submitted by Hong Kong China, Japan, Mongolia, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey
- DISCUSSION PAPER REGARDING A TRADE FACILITATION COMMITTEE: TN/TF/W/157 submitted by Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong China, Nicaragua, Norway, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, and Switzerland
