It was with great sadness that we received the news of the death of Communist Party General Secretary and former President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam
Mr Nguyen Phu Trong.
On behalf of the Government of Norway, I would like to extend my condolences to Mr Trong’s family and to the people of Viet Nam.
