Dear Prime Minister
I am deeply saddened by the terrible attack in Mogadishu on Sunday. On behalf of the Norwegian government, I would like to express my sincere condolences to you and the people of Somalia. I ask you to convey my heartfelt sympathy to the families of the innocent victims of this tragic event, and my hope for the swift recovery of those injured.
