Sissel Kruse Larsen is a Norwegian politician (Labour Party) from Kristiansund in Møre og Romsdal. On February 4, 2025, she became State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance for Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg.

From August 2020 to October 2024, she was a special advisor to Stoltenberg at NATO. Larsen has a background as Head of Communications and Government Relations at TV 2, as well as Duty Manager at the same place, journalist at VG and Tidens Krav, among others, and has held several political positions.
